HOW LONG DOES STANDARD DELIVERY TAKE?
Ireland & Northern Ireland
- Standard delivery for orders in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland is 2-3 days.
We deliver to Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland from Monday to Saturday, excluding Bank Holidays.
- Standard delivery to the UK can take up to 4 days.
We deliver to mainland UK from Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
- Standard delivery to the outside Ireland & UK can take up to 10 days.
Returns/ Refunds Policy.
If you are not happy with your purchases for whatever reason, you may return it to us, however we do not replace harnesses/items that are damaged due to dogs chewing on them. Your return will be processed in approximately 28 working days.
- We also do not accept items that have been worn.
- We only refund, hair-free, unwashed items. Items need to be returned within 28 days of the purchase date for a refund.

How to return your items:
If you wish to return an item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org letting us know that you wish to return it and the reason for your return.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the reason for return is due to a damaged/ faulty item.
- If you are shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we do not accept any responsibility for lost items.
- Once your return is received and approved, then your refund will be processed, and will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. It may take 5-10 business days for your bank to process the refund to your account.
- Please note due to the possibility of our products selling out, we cannot guarantee that we will have the original item/size/colour in stock. If the original item is in stock, we will post you a new item. However, if the product is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss whether you would prefer a different item to the same value or a full refund (including original shipping costs).
