Ireland & Northern Ireland

  • Delivery for orders in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland is 2-3 working days.

​

UK

  • Delivery to the UK can take up to 7 days.

 

International

  • Delivery to the can take up to 10 days.

Exchange / Refunds Policy.

 

If you are not happy with your purchases for whatever reason, you may return it to us within 14 days of receiving your item. However, we do not replace harnesses/items that are damaged due to dogs chewing on them. 

  • We also do not accept items that have been worn.

  • We only exchange/refund, hair-free, unwashed items.

  • You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return it for an exchange or refund.

 

Faulty/Damaged Goods

Customer service is very important to us, if you receive any faulty or damaged goods we will replace them. Please email us at info@dogfatherz.com.

 

How to return your items:

If you wish to return an item, please email us at info@dogfatherz.com letting us know that you wish to return it and the reason for your return. 

If you want to exchange an item, please email us at info@dogfatherz.com letting us know that you wish to return it and the reason for your exchange and place your a new order.

 

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the reason for return is due to a damaged/ faulty item. 

  • If you are shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we do not accept any responsibility for lost items.

  • Once your return is received and approved, then your refund will be processed, and will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. It may take 3-10 business days for your bank to process the refund to your account. 

  • Please note due to the possibility of our products selling out, we cannot guarantee that we will have the original item/size/colour in stock. If the original item is in stock, we will post you a new item. However, if the product is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss whether you would prefer a different item to the same value or a full refund (including original shipping costs).
