* Please ensure your dogs dogfatherz product fits correctly. It is the customer/owners responsibility to determine the suitability of the product. 

(e.g If your harness is pinching/rubbing off under their armpits, this is not a correct fit).

Check the product regularly, especially on growing dogs. Do not leave your dog unattended while wearing any products. When not in use, please safely store the product/s.

    If you are not happy with your purchases for whatever reason, you may return it to us, however we do not replace harnesses/items that are damaged due to dogs chewing on them. Your return will be processed in approximately 28 working days.

    • We also do not accept items that have been worn.
    • We only refund, hair-free, unwashed items. Items need to be returned within 28 days of the purchase date for a refund. 


    Faulty/Damaged Goods

    Customer service is very important to us, if you receive any faulty or damaged goods, please email us at info@dogfatherz.com.


    How to return your items:

    If you wish to return an item, please email us at info@dogfatherz.com letting us know that you wish to return it and the reason for your return.                                    

    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the reason for return is due to a damaged/ faulty item. 
    • If you are shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we do not accept any responsibility for lost items.
    • Once your return is received and approved, then your refund will be processed, and will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. It may take 5-10 business days for your bank to process the refund to your account. 
    • Please note due to the possibility of our products selling out, we cannot guarantee that we will have the original item/size/colour in stock. If the original item is in stock, we will post you a new item. However, if the product is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss whether you would prefer a different item to the same value or a full refund (including original shipping costs).
